A Calm Somatic Therapy Space in the Heart of Houston
When I chose a space for my practice, it was important that it feel different from the pace of everyday life in Houston.
A place where you could step out of constant pressure, even briefly, and feel your system begin to slow down. It was important to me that the environment feel both accessible within Houston and removed from the constant hustle of the city.
I eventually found the perfect space in Montrose, Houston, a historic home that has been thoughtfully converted into office suites for helping professionals.
The office is located in the tree-lined neighborhood of Castle Court, just a short walk from the iconic Black Hole Coffee House. The area has a quiet, neighborhood feel that allows you to step away from the intensity of your day and settle into something slower, more grounded, and more reflective.
Many clients tell me they notice a shift as soon as they arrive: the pace slows, the noise fades, and there’s a sense of having a place to land.
